Leonard Sebastian

Leonard Kevin Chandran Sebastian is the Group Managing & Legal Director of London & Regional Properties (branded "L+R"), the privately held real estate and leisure investment group founded in 1987 by brothers Ian and Richard Livingstone. L+R is headquartered at 55 Baker Street, London, manages roughly £10 billion of assets, and is described as one of the largest privately held principal investors in Europe, making private-equity-style investments in direct property and asset-backed operating businesses (hotels, leisure, healthcare and retail).
