Liat Benyamini

Liat Benyamini is a Partner at SKY, an Israeli mid-market private equity fund founded in 2005 by Zvi Yochman and Nir Dagan. SKY says it manages more than $800 million across four funds, raised mainly from institutional investors in Israel and abroad. Benyamini joined SKY at its inception and is responsible for reviewing new investment opportunities and ongoing portfolio management, and she serves as a board member of SKY portfolio companies.

Before SKY, Benyamini was a senior business consultant at Swary-Yochman Ltd. and worked on the Israel desk at PricewaterhouseCoopers Global Capital Markets Group. She was also a faculty member at Tel Aviv University’s Leon Recanati School of Management, where she taught financial accounting.

Benyamini is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel. SKY’s team page lists her Bachelor of Science in Statistics, Operations Research and Accounting from Tel Aviv University; Enlight Renewable Energy’s board profile also states that she holds an M.A. in Contemporary Asian Studies from Tel Aviv University.

Beyond SKY, Benyamini has served as an external and independent director of Enlight Renewable Energy since April 2021, where she chairs the Audit Committee and Compensation Committee and serves on the ESG Committee. Enlight also lists Elspec Engineering Ltd. as one of her current board roles.
