Lisa Millhauser

Lisa Harris Millhauser is a Principal at Eureka Equity Partners, a Philadelphia-based private equity firm founded in 2000 that partners with management teams to acquire and recapitalize lower-middle-market businesses. She joined Eureka in 2014 (initially as a Senior Associate / Vice President) and was promoted to Principal in January 2020. In her role she sources and evaluates new investment opportunities, leads due diligence, manages Eureka's senior and subordinated debt-lender relationships, and works with portfolio-company finance officers on corporate finance matters.

Before Eureka, Lisa was a Vice President at TA Associates (based in its Boston office), where she sourced, evaluated, and executed minority and control private equity investments in high-growth private companies across a range of industries. Earlier in her career she worked in strategy and financial planning & analysis at Apple Inc., evaluated and helped execute private equity and distressed investments as an Associate at Centerbridge Partners, and began as an analyst in the investment banking division of Goldman, Sachs & Co.

She holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Social Studies from Harvard College.

Lisa has held several portfolio board seats. She currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Advertiser Perceptions and iPEC Coaching, and was formerly a director of Jansy Packaging and Merit Service Solutions (a Eureka III portfolio company).
