Luuis Bu

Louis Bô is a Managing Director in Eurazeo's Venture team, based in Paris. He joined the firm — then Idinvest Partners — in late 2014 as an Investment Director in the venture capital team, and rose to Managing Director following the 2018 merger of Idinvest Partners into Eurazeo and the 2021 brand relaunch. At Eurazeo he leads the Venture team's Retail & Mandates practice and serves as the group's internal reference point for mobility- and logistics-related investments.

Before entering venture capital, Louis was an operator and founder. He founded MyBee Systems (later Payintech), a digital payment-services startup, where he served as CEO and product lead for roughly three years. Earlier in his career he served in the French Navy, including as a commander's chief of staff — an unusual background for a VC that he references in a management style described as combining high ambition with courage and humility.

Louis holds a Master's degree in Management from HEC Paris, where he specialized in Entrepreneurship. Over his tenure he has built a deep network among software, marketplace, and mobility founders across Europe and has sat on numerous portfolio boards, making him one of the more active operators on Eurazeo's venture bench.
