Nilsson has spent her career at BDO. HSB Riksförbund’s auditor profile states that she studied the economics program at Linköping University, graduating in 1998, and has worked at BDO since 1998. BDO announced in September 2017 that Nilsson would become the new CEO of BDO Sverige, succeeding Carl-Johan Kjellman.
