Malte Bernholz

Malte Bernholz is Vice President and Head of Corporate Strategy and Incubator at Adobe, where he leads the team that partners with senior leadership and business units to define Adobe's strategic vision, identify new opportunities, and drive growth. He has 20-plus years of experience spanning corporate strategy, technology, and entrepreneurship, and now also leads Adobe's Incubator — the group focused on building and exploring new products, including AI-driven and creative-technology initiatives.
