Mans Alfven

Måns Alfvén co-founded Alfvén & Didrikson in 2010 together with Hjalmar Didrikson, and today is listed on the firm's site as its Founder and CEO. (Some third-party aggregators describe him as the firm's CFO, reflecting his finance-heavy role; the firm's own team page currently lists Monika Pers as CFO.) A graduate of the Stockholm School of Economics (Handelshögskolan i Stockholm), he describes himself as a dedicated entrepreneur and private investor who backs top entrepreneurs largely from a minority-equity position combined with active board engagement.

Before and alongside building Alfvén & Didrikson, Alfvén accumulated substantial M&A and capital-markets experience — his own profile references involvement in more than 60 M&A transactions and several IPOs, including work on special situations and strategic change internationally. He has held or been associated with positions in companies such as InfraCom, SAC, Smoltec and Helm Properties, and has divested holdings in names including Transtema, Hexatronic, NordicFeel, Nordicink and NCA.
