Martin Pustilnick

Martin Pustilnick is an Argentine-born (Buenos Aires) entrepreneur and investor. He earned a BA in Economics from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He began his professional career as an Associate at The Boston Consulting Group (2012–2014), then moved into technology operating roles, spending time in strategy and operations at OLX and joining PayJoy around 2016 to help launch its operations in Mexico.

In October 2017 he became an investor at Exor Seeds (the venture arm of holding company Exor N.V.), backing companies from seed to Series B. In July 2018 he joined FJ Labs — the New York-based, stage-agnostic fund founded by Fabrice Grinda and Jose Marin — as an Entrepreneur in Residence and Investor, where he focused on consumer internet and marketplace businesses. FJ Labs is known for a high-volume, marketplace-centric investing model, and Pustilnick's profile there reflects that thesis.

While an EIR at FJ Labs, Pustilnick went on to co-found Mundi (with Paulina Aguilar Vela), a fintech platform serving small and medium-sized Mexican exporters shipping to the United States. Founded in 2019–2020, Mundi provides working capital and cross-border financial services — paying exporters upfront rather than making them wait 30–90 days for payment — and later added FX products described as the first fully digital offering in LatAm letting companies of any size lock in exchange rates up to a year in advance. He serves as Mundi's Co-Founder and CEO.
