Michael Daldrup

Dr. Michael Daldrup is the founder and managing partner of Blue Tree Group GmbH, a Munich-based investment banking boutique he established in 2013. The firm is registered at the Amtsgericht München (HRB 204651) and today operates from Munich with additional presence in Düsseldorf, St. Gallen (Switzerland, via BlueTree International AG), and affiliated operations reaching Essen and Amsterdam.

Daldrup built the firm around deep sector expertise in technology and software. According to Blue Tree Group's own description, the firm's founding partner spent many years in the Technology & Software team at Jefferies International before laying the foundation for Blue Tree Group's technology industry practice — a bulge-bracket TMT banking pedigree that shapes the firm's positioning. Daldrup holds a doctorate and carries the CCrA credential, and he is a personal member of the DVFA (Deutsche Vereinigung für Finanzanalyse und Asset Management); the firm is a member of the BVK (the German private equity and venture capital association).
