Michael Delaney is Co-Founder, Senior Partner and Co-Head of Business Services at Court Square Capital Partners. Court Square’s team page states that he serves as Senior Partner and Co-Head of the Business Services sector and has been a member of the investment team since 1989.

Delaney joined Citicorp Investment Bank in 1986. Court Square was later formed in 2006 when Delaney, Dave Thomas and Joe Silvestri led the spinoff of the team from Citigroup. In Court Square’s 2022 leadership-transition announcement, Delaney and Dave Thomas moved into Senior Partner roles while continuing to serve as members of the Investment Committee.
