Michael Iannacone

Michael E. Iannacone is a Canadian Chartered Accountant (CPA, CA) who qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1980, having spent more than six years early in his career with Coopers & Lybrand (a predecessor firm to PwC). He has built his career as a chief financial officer, serving as CFO for multiple companies listed on various stock exchanges, with extensive experience advising businesses in the industrial and natural-resource sectors.

Since March 2013 he has served as Chief Financial Officer of Adventus Realty Services Inc., the management entity behind Adventus Realty Trust — a private REIT formed in early 2012 and based in Vancouver, British Columbia. Adventus was founded by Rick Charlton and, through its asset manager Adventus Capital Partners Ltd., acquired and operated U.S. income-producing commercial real estate concentrated in the suburban office markets of Chicago, Illinois and Atlanta, Georgia. As CFO, Iannacone signed numerous British Columbia Securities Commission Form 45-106F6 exempt-distribution reports for Adventus Realty Trust, Adventus Realty LP, and Adventus Capital Partners Ltd. across 2015–2016.
