Michael Lorch

Michael Lorch is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of North Peak Capital Management, LLC, a New York–based hedge fund founded in 2015 by brothers Michael and Jeremy Kahan, who moved from private equity into public-equity investing. In these dual roles Lorch oversees the firm's finance, accounting, operations, and regulatory-compliance functions rather than making investment decisions; North Peak is SEC-registered (CRD #294042, registered April 27, 2018) and reports assets under management in the range of roughly $1.2 billion (firm materials) to $1.7 billion (FinTRX), with custody at Morgan Stanley & Co. and BNY Mellon.
