Mike Anderson

Mike Anderson is a UK-based corporate finance adviser and director of Ovation Corporate Finance Limited, a London firm incorporated in October 2022. Companies House records identify him as James Michael Anderson, director and person with significant control of Ovation Corporate Finance Limited; Ovation describes itself as a corporate advisory firm for the sport and media sectors.

Before founding or joining Ovation, Anderson held senior investor-relations roles in European private credit. CVC announced on 9 July 2018 that he had joined CVC Credit Partners as Head of Investor Relations from Pemberton Asset Management, where he held the same role.
