Min Sik Park, born in 1974, is a Senior Managing Director at Korea Investment Partners (KIP), Korea's oldest and one of its largest venture capital firms and the VC/PE arm of Korea Investment Holdings. He earned a bachelor's degree in commerce/international trade (무역학) from Korea University. Before entering the investment world, he began his career at Daewoo Electronics, then moved into finance at Mirae Asset Venture Investment and Mirae Asset Securities, where he worked on IPOs and principal (proprietary) investments.
Park joined KIP in 2006 and has since built roughly 18 years of investing experience (on top of about 7 years in industry). His specialty areas are IT, mobile services, and consumer.
