Morgane Fleith

Morgane Fleith is a corporate-finance and private-equity professional educated at ESSEC Business School. She spent part of her career as an Associate at Naxicap Partners, a France-based private-equity firm founded in 2003 that operates as a subsidiary of the BPCE/Natixis Investment Managers group. Naxicap manages roughly €6–7bn and today concentrates on controlling majority stakes in small- and mid-cap companies (enterprise values from roughly €5m to €300m across its Small Cap and Mid Cap teams). Her work there fell within the classic PE remit — expansion capital, MBO/LBO, recapitalization and restructuring transactions — rather than early-stage or angel investing.

She has since left investing to move into an operating role. She is currently listed as Directrice Administrative et Financière (Director of Administration & Finance / CFO) at DualSun, a Marseille-based French manufacturer of hybrid photovoltaic-thermal (PVT) and standard PV solar panels, founded in 2010. In this capacity she oversees the finance and administrative function of a growth-stage cleantech manufacturer rather than deploying fund capital.

• Stage: Buyout and growth — expansion/late-stage, MBO/MBI, succession, recapitalization, reorganization and restructuring situations.
