Nancy Nightingale

Nancy Nightingale is the founder, President and Managing Director of Further Capital Partners, a Toronto-based placement agent that describes itself as "Canada's largest Placement Agent." The firm is a registered Exempt Market Dealer that connects global investment managers with Canadian institutional investors, focusing on capital formation across real assets, private equity, private credit and other alternative strategies. Founded in 2006, the firm positions itself as having market knowledge well beyond the "Top 10" Canadian institutions. In her role, Nightingale oversees overall business operations, relationship management and distribution.

Her career has been built across Canadian public finance, capital markets and asset management. She began as an Economist in the Office of the Budget at the Ontario Ministry of Treasury & Economics, then moved to the Toronto Stock Exchange, where she served as Manager of Economics and Director of Strategic Policy and Planning. She subsequently became Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Central Asset Management, the holding company for seven asset-management companies within Central Capital Corporation.

She later held senior distribution and consulting roles, including Manager of Canadian Investment Services at Hewitt Associates and Director of institutional marketing for both Manulife Financial's Investment Division and HSBC Investments (Canada) Ltd. This combination of economics, exchange policy, asset-management operations and institutional marketing experience underpins the institutional fundraising work she now leads at Further Capital. According to ZoomInfo, she attended the University of Toronto.
