Nick Bezner

Nick Bezner is a Dallas-based investor and strategy consultant. He spent the core of his investing career at Satori Capital, a Texas-based multi-strategy investment firm founded on the principles of conscious capitalism. There he rose to Vice President in the private equity group, working with lower-middle-market and small-to-medium businesses. His deal focus spanned niche manufacturing, consumer and eCommerce products (especially those with digital-marketing acceleration potential), health and wellness, and business services. Satori's private equity arm partners with leadership teams of companies generating roughly $5–25 million of EBITDA that take a long-term view and aim to create value for all stakeholders.

Before Satori, Bezner began his finance career as an analyst in J.P. Morgan's investment bank, covering oil-and-gas clients. There he delivered solutions across the energy value chain — M&A, regular-way and specialty financings, and broad strategic alternatives.

He is a summa cum laude graduate of Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, earning a B.B.A. in Accounting and an M.S. in Finance through the Professional Program of Accounting, and was a recipient of the Gathright Scholar Award.

Today Bezner is Managing Partner at Undivided Life, a strategy-consulting and leadership/culture practice. The firm offers executive coaching (including an "Inner Circle" executive leadership program) and "Culture Foundations" courses. He has advised and served on boards for organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to mid-size nonprofits. He lives in Irving, Texas with his wife and three daughters, and is involved with Still Creek Boys & Girls Ranch, a foster-care organization.
