Oliver Li

Oliver Li is a Partner/Director at DFJ DragonFund China, the Shanghai-based arm of Draper Dragon — the cross-border venture firm founded in March 2006 as a joint venture between Silicon Valley's Draper Fisher Jurvetson (DFJ) and DragonVenture. The firm is headquartered in Silicon Valley with management and advisory offices in Shanghai (and Beijing), and historically ran its investing team with roughly four partners in Shanghai and two in Silicon Valley. At DFJ Dragon, Li concentrates on Mobile Internet and Clean Tech investments.

Li brings more than ten years of venture capital and startup-incubation experience accumulated across several Chinese and overseas institutions before and during his time at DFJ Dragon. His prior roles included Senior Manager at Sino-Century Venture Investment Co., Vice President at the Withub VC fund (affiliated with the Shanghai Jiao Tong University Science Park), and Director of the Clean Tech Fund at South River Capital. This path gave him hands-on exposure to both technology incubation in a university-park setting and dedicated clean-energy investing.
