Background

Oliver Page is an American entrepreneur who grew up in Rome, Italy, and has built companies since his teens. He founded his first startup, NutKase Accessories, at age 17 — a device-protection company designing and manufacturing cases for iPads, Chromebooks, and laptops aimed at the K-12 education, healthcare, and enterprise markets. He scaled NutKase into seven figures of revenue with customers in roughly 50–60 countries. He was educated at St. Stephen's School in Rome (International Baccalaureate), briefly studied Entrepreneurship & Management at Lancaster University (did not graduate), and completed Tim Draper's Draper University of Heroes program in Silicon Valley (Entrepreneurship & Fundraising, 2013).

At Draper University he co-founded Flowity, a communication and collaboration platform connecting global buyers and manufacturers, which won first place at Draper Demo Day and received an investment from Tim Draper. In 2015 he co-founded Scooterino in Rome with Pietro Vermicelli and Francesco Rellini — billed as Europe's first scooter ride-sharing / scooter-pooling service. Scooterino launched with roughly a €50,000 European Space Agency grant and went on to raise about $800k of follow-on venture capital before eventually shutting down.

Page's current focus is CyberNut, where he is Co-Founder & CEO. CyberNut delivers gamified, automated security-awareness training built specifically for K-12 schools and districts, addressing the surge in ransomware and phishing attacks targeting under-resourced education IT teams. The company closed a $5 million growth round for its K-12 security-awareness platform. Alongside operating roles, Page is a prolific keynote speaker (100+ talks, including two TEDx presentations and appearances at Startup Europe Week, LUISS, and Digital Design Days Milano) and a fellow of the Sigma Squared Society (formerly the Kairos Society).

Investment Thesis & Focus

  • Invests as an individual angel at the earliest (pre-seed/seed) stages, typically writing small angel checks rather than leading priced rounds.
  • Strong affinity for EdTech and cybersecurity — the sectors he operates in himself — where he adds value as an operator/advisor, not just capital.
  • Active during the 2021–2022 web3/gaming wave, backing a cluster of gaming, NFT, and consumer-social startups.
  • Backs founders in domains he knows firsthand (education hardware/software, K-12 IT, consumer mobility, gaming) and offers hands-on advisory and go-to-market help given his own founder track record.

Notable Investments

  • Toonsutra — app-based (webtoon-style) comic-reading platform focused on Indian-language content; has raised ~$5.9M across multiple rounds.
  • Legends of Learning — game-based learning platform for K-12 classrooms (EdTech).
  • Zaptic — connected-frontline-worker / digital work-instruction platform.
  • StudyTracks — learning app that teaches curriculum content through music/songs.
  • Tatsumeeko — Discord-native MMORPG / web3 gaming project.
  • Toonsutra, Pixels, Galaxy Fight Club, Zurp, Lootex, Our Song — a set of 2021–2022 gaming, NFT, and consumer/web3 investments (Pixels is a blockchain farming/MMO game; Galaxy Fight Club and Lootex are NFT-gaming projects; Zurp a crypto rewards card; Our Song a music/NFT app).
