Olivier Lapierre

Olivier C. Lapierre is Vice President of Operations at Majestic Asset Management (which operates the Majestic Fund Solutions platform), a boutique asset-management and fund-administration firm headquartered in Brossard, Quebec. He sits on the firm's small senior leadership team alongside co-CEOs Denis Paquette (also COO/CCO) and David Bilodeau (also CIO), and VP of Finance Karen MacNeil. In his operations role he oversees the firm's fund-servicing infrastructure, which administers client assets exceeding $10 billion in aggregate, with more than $4 billion invested directly in funds on the Majestic platform (as of Q1 2025).

His earlier background is in financial markets and trading. Majestic itself was founded in 2006 as an asset-management firm that launched and managed its own investment fund. In 2014 its founders added a second division — the Fund Solutions business — to help other Canadian money managers create, launch, and run their own investment funds using shared infrastructure. The firm holds regulatory registrations as a Portfolio Manager, Investment Fund Manager, Exempt Market Dealer, and Commodity Trading Manager in Quebec and Ontario.
