Patrick Ledoux

Patrick Ledoux is a Belgian national with more than two decades of private equity experience in Latin America. He holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Liège in Belgium. He began his career in banking and M&A between roughly 1990 and 1998, holding roles at Credit Lyonnais, Chase Manhattan Bank, and BankBoston.

From 1999 to 2007 he was a partner at TMG Capital Partners, a Brazilian private equity fund, where he was involved in investments including Odontoprev (dental health plans), Softway (call centers), and Conductor (payment processing). In 2007 he joined Actis, the emerging-markets private equity firm, where he remained until 2020 as a Partner and co-leader of the firm's Latin American private equity division and co-head of its Brazil office. Within Actis's global partnership he served as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee (REMCO) and the Promotion of Partners Committee (PSC) from 2015 to 2018.

In January 2021, Ledoux co-founded Noon Capital Partners in São Paulo alongside Carlos Aguiar and Nelson Bechara — partners who had worked together since 2012 running Actis's LatAm private equity operation. He is Managing Partner, overseeing the firm's investments and Investment Committee. He has sat on numerous boards over his career, including Genesis Group, CNA Idiomas, Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul, It'sSeg, XP Investimentos, Stone, Odontoprev, Softway, and Conductor.
