Philippe Jadoul

Philippe Jadoul is a Belgian business executive, corporate lawyer, and investor. He began his career at the Bar of Antwerp before joining leading international law firm Clifford Chance, working across its Brussels and London offices. He subsequently became a partner at the prominent Belgian law firm Altius, where he spent more than a decade advising on M&A, private equity, and corporate governance matters.

In 2003, Jadoul was a founding member of Vialegis, a legal and interim-management staffing business, initially as a silent partner. From around 2010 he took charge of the company's Belgian and international operations, ultimately serving as CEO. In 2017 he sold Vialegis to House of HR, the private equity–backed HR services group — the exit that anchors his credibility as an operator-turned-investor.

Today, Jadoul serves as a Non-Executive Director at Vista Capital Advisors, a Brussels-based M&A and corporate finance advisory firm, where he acts as a sounding board to the management team and leverages his network within the private equity community to support the firm's strategic development. He also holds board positions at various companies and non-profit associations. Alongside this governance work, he is an active angel investor in technology and services ventures and a limited partner in a number of private equity and venture capital funds. His reported education includes a Master in Law, a Master in Corporate Finance from Vlerick Business School, and MBA studies (Purdue University / TiasNimbas Business School).
