Pj Lee

PJ Lee is a co-founder and managing partner of EverStream Capital (formally EverStream Energy Capital Management, LLC), an infrastructure investment firm he established in 2012 alongside co-founder Carlos Domenech. The firm invests in companies and assets that drive the decarbonizing energy transition and power the world's growing digital infrastructure, focusing on the convergence of renewable energy, storage, carbon capture, and natural gas to meet surging electricity demand from data centers and cloud computing. EverStream describes a track record spanning multiple global funds and more than 15 GW of renewable energy capacity enabled.

Lee brings more than two decades of experience across private equity, project finance, and investment banking — reportedly over 23 years, during which he has helped facilitate roughly $9 billion of financing for infrastructure projects, energy and technology companies, and private equity funds. Before founding EverStream, he served as a Managing Director at Black River Asset Management, LLC (a Cargill-affiliated alternative asset manager headquartered in Minnesota) and earlier as a Managing Director at C.E. Unterberg, Towbin, Inc., the technology-focused investment bank.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics from Union College. Across his career he has taken active governance roles, serving on the boards of portfolio and affiliated companies including New Era Energy & Digital, Inc. (Nasdaq: NUAI), Enfinity Global, Inc., Engineered Products Company (EPCO), and PDU Cables. He was also a co-founder and board member of Compute North, a crypto-mining and data-center infrastructure company, from roughly 2017 to 2022.
