Reshma Sohoni

Reshma Sohoni co-founded Seedcamp in 2007 and is now its Co-Founder & Managing Partner. Seedcamp describes itself as backing Europe’s boldest founders “from day one,” and the firm’s portfolio now includes 550+ companies, 12 $1B+ companies, and more than $100B in aggregate portfolio enterprise value.

Before Seedcamp, Sohoni worked at the intersection of business and technology, including M&A banking, Vodafone, and early venture/startup roles. Seedcamp’s own profile says she worked from M&A banking to Vodafone before starting Seedcamp, while Forbes reports that she worked at Vodafone and Jefferies Broadview before cofounding Seedcamp.

Sohoni studied engineering and business at the University of Pennsylvania and earned an MBA from INSEAD. A Startup Grind profile also notes degrees in Engineering and Business from UPenn/M&T plus the INSEAD MBA.

She has been recognized repeatedly on Forbes’ Midas Seed List, including a 2026 listing, and Forbes reports that she received an MBE from Queen Elizabeth II in 2021 for contributions to the British technology ecosystem. She has also advised the U.K. government through the Digital Economy Council.
