Richard Grzymajlo

Richard "Rick" Grzymajlo is a Director and Senior Investment Advisor at FEG Investment Advisors (Fund Evaluation Group, LLC), an independent, employee-owned institutional investment advisory firm headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio. An investment and finance professional since the mid-1990s, he has been a member of the FEG team since 1998 and, at various points, has served on the firm's Asset & Risk Allocation team and was an equity partner prior to FEG's transition to broad employee ownership. He works with governing boards and investment committees on portfolio construction, governance, investment-manager selection, and ongoing portfolio oversight.

Before joining FEG, Grzymajlo worked at Fifth Third Bank as a stock transfer manager, where he was responsible for IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, and capital-market reorganizations. Over nearly three decades in investment advisory, he has come to lead FEG's Independent School Practice, advising school endowments and foundations on stewardship of long-term capital.

He earned a business degree (B.S. in marketing) from Miami University (Ohio) and completed executive-education programs at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Wisconsin–Madison School of Business. He has held Series 66 licensure.

Grzymajlo is active in the nonprofit and philanthropic community. He has chaired the foundation board of an independent school (The Summit Country Day School Foundation in Cincinnati) and has served on or with the Council on Foundations, the Greater Cincinnati Planned Giving Council, the Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce, and the Advisory Board for the Investment Management Institute. He is also a repeat speaker at industry conferences, including the NBOA (National Business Officers Association) Annual Meeting and the JFNA Investment Institute.
