Rona Zion

Rona Ben Zion-Galezer is a Tel Aviv–based investor and venture builder who has spent roughly a decade in senior roles across investment, policy, and consulting within Israel's sustainable-growth and cleantech ecosystem. She trained as an economist and environmental-studies researcher, holding a BA in Economics from Ben Gurion University and an MA (Research) in Environmental Studies, cum laude, from Tel Aviv University's Porter School of Environmental Studies.

Her career bridged public policy and private capital. She served as Head of Policy and Energy Economics in the Chief Scientist division of the Israeli Ministry of National Infrastructure, Energy & Water Resources, where she helped guide government policy on renewable energy, off-grid systems, fuel alternatives, and smart cities.
