Shane Slominski

Shane Slominski is a Partner at Tonka Bay Equity Partners, a lower middle-market private equity firm based in Minnetonka, Minnesota. He joined the firm in 2006 as a Senior Associate, was promoted to Director in 2007, later named Principal, and now serves as a Partner. In his role he sources, structures, and closes new platform investments and add-on acquisitions, leads due diligence, arranges transaction financing, and oversees governance at portfolio companies.

Before joining Tonka Bay, Slominski was a Manager in the Minneapolis office of Deloitte & Touche LLP and began his career in the audit practice of Arthur Andersen. He holds an inactive CPA license.

Slominski earned a B.B.A. in accounting, graduating magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame. He has served on the boards of several Tonka Bay portfolio companies, including Checkers Industrial Products (Checkers Safety Group), AppleWhite Dental Partners, and All Flex Flexible Circuits, and has been actively involved with partner companies such as CAMP Digital, Corporate Technologies, and Fenix Group.
