Shannon Ryan

Shannon L. Ryan is a Los Angeles–based finance and operations executive who co-founded NOVASPARK Consulting in 2023 alongside her mother, Susan C. Ryan. The firm advises organizations on transformational change, operational excellence, DEI&B, and technology-transformation strategy. She currently serves as Chair of the Young Professionals Advisory Council (YPAC) at Chrysalis, a nonprofit supporting workforce development, and lists her role there as "Founder, NOVASPARK Consulting."

She began her career at Wells Fargo, first as an investor and credit-research analyst supporting the bank's roughly $100B proprietary portfolio, and later returned to the bank as Chief Operating Officer for that same portfolio, where she built a new team of COOs and led operational, organizational, and restructuring initiatives. Between her Wells Fargo tenures she spent about two years at a fintech start-up in equity-research, client-advisory, and business-development roles — the period that corresponds to the 2016–2017 "Investment and Business Development Associate" role at Motif Capital Management / Motif Investing cited in aggregator records, and the only substantive "Motif" connection found.
