Shazmeer Mokhtar

Shazmeer Mokhtar is Deputy President (Operations) at INCEIF University, with the appointment effective 1 April 2026 and publicly announced by INCEIF on 23 April 2026. In that role, he leads institutional capability-building and operational excellence for a university established by Bank Negara Malaysia to develop talent for the Islamic finance industry.
