Shazy Noorazman

Shazy Noorazman is a Malaysian technology entrepreneur and investor whose career spans digital agencies, game development, venture capital, and Islamic fintech. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Games Design (Digital Art) & Creative Media (Hons) from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT University), graduating around 2007–2010. Early in his career he co-founded C27 (Company27), one of Malaysia's leading independent digital enablement/marketing agencies, where he is a founder and director, and he founded and ran the game studio 27Rabbits (serving as CEO and producer), bringing hands-on technical and product expertise to everything that followed.

Shazy is one of the founders of TH Capital, a Kuala Lumpur–based venture capital firm established in 2017 with strong Southeast Asian connections. As a General Partner, he was responsible for managing and monitoring TH Capital's portfolio, reporting on portfolio-company performance, engaging and consulting with founders, and leading technical due diligence when evaluating prospective investments — a role that leverages his background as an operator and builder rather than a purely financial investor.

Since September 2019, Shazy has been the Founder and CEO of Ouch!, a Kuala Lumpur–based insurtech platform and Malaysia's pioneering digital takaful operator. Under his leadership, Ouch! became the first digital takaful operator admitted into Bank Negara Malaysia's (BNM) Regulatory Sandbox, offering Shariah-compliant family, health, home, motor, and travel takaful aimed at making coverage accessible to underserved Malaysians. He is frequently cited for challenging the status quo of the takaful industry through technology and innovation, and he speaks at industry events such as InsureTech Connect (ITC) Asia.
