Sheri Petras

Sheri Petras is the Chief Executive Officer and worldwide managing partner of CFI Group, a customer-experience and customer-satisfaction analytics firm headquartered in Ann Arbor, Michigan. CFI Group was founded in 1988 by Professor Claes Fornell and is a founding partner of the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI); it is the only firm licensed to apply the ACSI methodology across both U.S. federal government and private-sector clients. From the Ann Arbor world headquarters, Petras oversees CFI Group offices spanning four continents.

Petras joined CFI Group in 2000, where she worked to integrate customer-satisfaction metrics into client organizations at both strategic and tactical levels.
