Stephane Ourevitch

Stéphane Ourevitch is a Brussels-based space-industry veteran with roughly two decades of experience across the European Earth Observation and space-applications ecosystem. He co-founded SpaceTec Partners, a strategy, management and communications consultancy specializing in the space sector, with offices in Munich and Brussels serving public institutions such as the European Commission, the European Space Agency, the European GNSS Agency (now EUSPA) and the European Parliament. SpaceTec Partners was later acquired and merged with Euroconsult to form Novaspace. In June 2022 he co-founded ALSO Space together with Annamaria Luongo, where he serves as Partner and co-founder; the ~24-person consultancy focuses on driving user uptake of Earth Observation–based data and services for emergency management, environmental protection and security.

Before entering the space-consulting world, Ourevitch held senior leadership roles in the aerospace, defence and energy sectors at firms including ABB Systems, Becker Flugfunkwerke, and Dassault Electronique (which was subsequently absorbed into Thales). He was formerly chairman of the French aerospace and defence think-tank CEPS.
