Stephanie Dattilo

Stephanie Dattilo is the Chief Legal Officer and Group General Counsel of Dorilton Capital, the New York–based private investment firm she joined in 2018. In that role she leads legal affairs across Dorilton's group of businesses, which spans its private-equity activity (Dorilton Capital), its venture arm (Dorilton Ventures), and the firm's operating assets. She also serves as a director of Williams Racing, the Formula 1 team Dorilton acquired in August 2020, and has represented the ownership group publicly at Grand Prix events.

Before Dorilton, Dattilo was General Counsel for Pirelli Tire North America, the regional arm of the Italian tire maker. Earlier in her career she held a senior in-house legal role at KPMG (US), and she began her career in private practice as a corporate associate at the law firm Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP.
