Stephanie Levan

Stéphanie Levan is the Chief Financial Officer of Impala SAS, the private investment holding company founded in 2011 by Jacques Veyrat after he stepped down as CEO of the Louis Dreyfus Group. She sits on Impala's small executive team of roughly seven, alongside founder and president Jacques Veyrat, general director Fabrice Dumonteil, and investment principals Vincent Revol, Aurélien Tignol and Simon Veyrat. Laurent Cateloy serves as her deputy / assistant on the finance side.

Before joining Impala, Levan built her career in finance and audit at large industrial and commodities groups. Her background includes roles connected to Louis Dreyfus Commodities (she is associated with CFO responsibilities at Louis Dreyfus Company Distribution France), the automotive and industrial group Plastic Omnium, and the Big Four audit firm EY (Ernst & Young). Her expertise is concentrated in consolidated financial accounts, IFRS and French GAAP reporting, French tax, and family-office management.

Levan studied at EDHEC Business School (École des Hautes Études Commerciales du Nord) and earned the Diplôme d'Expert-Comptable (the French chartered-accountant/CPA qualification) in 2014. In her current role she oversees the financial management of Impala's diversified portfolio, which spans energy, manufacturing, consumer brands and asset management, and reflects the group's stated "responsible investment" mandate around the energy transition and sustainable industry.
