Stephen Down

Stephen Down is a longtime foodservice and distribution finance executive with more than 30 years of experience. He earned a B.A. in Economics and an M.B.A. in Finance and Corporate Accounting from the University of Rochester, and later completed continuing-education coursework in Mergers and Acquisitions at the University of Chicago.

His career has centered on large food-distribution operators. He served as Chief Financial Officer of The Martin-Brower Co., a roughly $5 billion international distribution company and McDonald's supply-chain partner, where he led accounting, internal controls, and financial planning across 31 distribution centers in the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. On December 19, 2023, following an external industry search, NDCP's board promoted him to Chief Executive Officer. National DCP is a roughly $3 billion supply-chain management organization that provides strategic sourcing, distribution, logistics, and restaurant-technology services to Dunkin' franchisees.
