Stephen Rossetter

Stephen T. Rossetter is a finance and accounting veteran with more than 40 years of experience in the financial, accounting, and investment business. A former Certified Public Accountant, he spent roughly seven years at Arthur Young & Company (now Ernst & Young), rising to Audit Manager, before joining Marketing Corporation of America in 1986. He later served as Chief Financial Officer of MarketCorp Venture Associates, LP (MCV) and became a Partner at MCV in 1990, where he sat on the boards of several portfolio companies.

Today Rossetter is a Partner at Centripetal Capital Partners (Centricap), a Connecticut-based investment firm founded around 2004 by Senior Managing Partner Steven Chrust. In this role he provides financial analysis, hands-on financial oversight, and tax review for the firm and its portfolio companies, and he holds direct responsibility for the accounting and reporting of the single-purpose investment companies Centricap establishes for each deal. He is also a Partner and CFO of L&L Capital Partners, LLC, a related advisory vehicle through which he provides business, financial, and accounting advisory services.

Rossetter's role extends into the boardroom and finance function of Centricap's portfolio companies. He is listed as a Director of APJeT, Inc. (an atmospheric-plasma nanotechnology company chaired by Chrust) and is associated with the finance/governance of other Centricap holdings such as Cytogel Pharma. His profile is that of an operationally involved investor-partner who pairs capital with rigorous financial stewardship rather than a purely thesis-driven deal sourcer.

He holds a Bachelor's degree from Hartwick College and an MBA (with honors) from Pace University.
