Tim Levy

Timothy Philip Levy is a British entrepreneur and investor best known for founding Future Capital Partners and later Cocoon Wealth LLP. Companies House records show Cocoon Wealth LLP was incorporated on 6 April 2011 and is now in administration; The Marque lists Levy as Managing Partner & Owner of Cocoon from August 2011 to April 2020.

Before Cocoon, Levy was CEO of Future Capital Partners from July 1997 to April 2018. His profile on The Marque says FCP structured more than 300 financing transactions for film financing, acquisition, production, and distribution, raising more than $10 billion between 2000 and 2014 and touching more than 600 films, including *Pirates of the Caribbean 2 & 3*, *Jurassic World*, *Iron Man 2*, and *The Bourne Ultimatum*. He also co-founded the $300 million Aramid Entertainment Fund and founded or chaired businesses including Factor 8 Films and Immersive Escapes.

At Cocoon, Levy used the firm as a private investment vehicle. The Marque describes Cocoon as an international private investment organization investing its own funds and sometimes third-party capital; it says Cocoon supported more than 20 early-stage projects and companies. Preqin’s profile says Cocoon Wealth was founded by Tim Levy in 2011, later rebranded to Coopa, and sought investments across clean energy, leisure and entertainment, financial services, and entrepreneurial start-ups.

Levy is currently focused on Twyn / Deep Real, an AI-enabled conversational-media platform founded in 2018. His LinkedIn profile lists TWYN (Deep Real), Sherborne School, and a company website at mytwyn.com; The Marque lists his education at Sherborne School from 1982 to 1987.
