Tim Meyer

Tim Meyer is a private capital-markets executive with more than 25 years of experience in private placements and structured financings. He holds a BBA from the University of Michigan. Over his career he has completed more than 125 private placements and previously built and led the private financing efforts at both BMO Capital Markets and ING Barings, working with clients across the technology, healthcare, industrials and consumer sectors.

Meyer served as a Managing Director at Marathon Capital, the Chicago-founded boutique investment bank focused on the energy, infrastructure and clean-economy markets. At Marathon Capital he raised over $1 billion for renewable and energy-technology companies, making him a specialist in financing the transition to a decarbonized economy.
