Tomoko Tatara

Tomoko Tatara is Managing Director of TransKoto, Inc., an independent consulting firm based in Jacksonville, Florida, that provides economic and business analyses of damages and competition issues in complex commercial disputes. Her work covers intellectual-property litigation (patent, trademark, and copyright infringement), unfair competition, breach-of-contract matters, and disputes involving mobile devices, banking services, medical devices, internet services, and electronic components, including matters touching public institutions.
