Yunfei Lin

Yunfei Lin is a Partner at Raystone Capital, listed on the firm’s core management team as “林云飞 女士.” Raystone says she joined the firm in 2007, the same year Raystone was founded, and currently serves as Chair of Raystone Investment’s Risk Control Committee.

Before Raystone, Lin worked at KPMG Huazhen Accounting Firm and in the investment banking department of Southwest Securities. Raystone credits her with 24 years of experience across financial auditing, investment banking, and fund management.

Lin holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Beijing University of Technology, a Master’s in Economics from Kyushu University in Japan, and an Executive MBA from Peking University Guanghua School of Management.

Raystone Capital was founded in 2007 and describes itself as a China-rooted asset management institution helping Chinese investors allocate capital in the equity investment market. As of 2024, the firm reported more than RMB 11 billion in assets under management and says it focuses on venture investment in entrepreneurial companies with long-term value to China’s economy.
