Yves Paul Alain Jadoul is a São Paulo-based Belgian-Brazilian business adviser best documented as the founder and managing partner of Viability & Finance, an advisory firm focused on mergers and acquisitions, strategic advisory, operational audits, business valuation, corporate governance, compliance implementation, and management support for European subsidiaries in Brazil.
